Christmas stockings, particularly personalised stockings which have to be made to order, can take up to 21 days to be processed although we endeavour to dispatch all orders promptly. We try to keep higher stock levels of the more popular items, especially with some of the bow tie designs which, if held in stock, should be despatched the same day the order has been received. Please be patient in the busy time leading up to Christmas. If there is a deadline to be met, perhaps for a birthday or other event, please email your request and we will do our best to ensure prompt delivery.
Small Packages are sent via Royal Mail using 1st Class Recorded Delivery for tree stockings, small padded stockings and bow ties. A courier will be used for Christmas Stocking orders and orders to the Scottish Hishlands will be sent by Special Delivery. Each package will therefore need to be signed for and can be sent to a different delivery address such as a work address, if it is easier for you. There is a section when placing an order to input a different delivery address.
Please note - our courier has requested that customers provide a mobile telephone contact number when placing an order so that they can be contacted if they are not at home after a delivery attempt has been made.
Please note that the postal strike will not affect deliveries. Most orders are sent by courier and those to Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight etc are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which will still be operating as normal during any strike.
