Christmas Stockings:
Q: Can you supply the stocking by a particular date?
A: If it is a really important date please email before placing an order to find out if it is possible to complete the order in time.
Q: Do you send stockings overseas?
A: Yes but it can be fairly expensive for the larger stockings due to Royal Mail parcel size limitations, again please email with your requirements and we can provide a quote for delivery. If agreeable, a link can be placed on the web site with a shipping charge for your order.
Q: Can you supply a large number of stockings at short notice?
A: Unfortunately this is not possible. We are used to completing orders to deadlines but require a reasonable amount of time. It is worth contacting us to obtain a quote.
Q: I have seen a particular fabric on the tree stocking section but it does not appear to be available for the larger sizes. Can you tell me why?
A: Some of the fabrics are in limited supply and it would not be feasable to offer them for the larger stockings as several customers could order at the same time and then be disappointed but if you email or telephone to enquire re availability it may be possible to supply the fabric requested. We try to keep customers happy!
Q: Can I buy stockings at a discounted rate for several stockings?
A: A discount is offered for more than 50 stockings, please contact us with your requirements for a quote.
Bow Ties:
Q: Do you offer a discount when buying more than one bow tie?
A: Yes we do offer a discount when purchasing 10 or more bow ties at the same time.
Q: Can they be posted overseas?
A: Yes, the bow ties are lightweight and fall within the Royal Mail parcel guidelines for overseas mail. Please email for a quote for your delivery destination.
Q: I cannot find a fabric design for a bow tie that is suitable for my particular interest, do you have other fabrics in stock not shown on the web site?
A: We may have. New fabrics are arriving on a regular basis or we may be able to obtain something suitable. Please contact us and we will try to help.
Q: I belong to an organisation that has a logo, would it be possible to have the logo on a bow tie?
A: It would depend upon the type of logo required but we have produced numerous deigns for custom bowties previously. Please contact us.
